Everyone in case u did not know the Wither Skeletons are gone! If u want them back please vote yes for it, We love making beakons but not know!

If wither SKELETONS are gone, there is something wrong.. Ill look into it tomorrow, they aren't supposed to be gone  |

I think that the reason wither skeletons were gone is because mostly all hostile mobs were gone. This is probably because of the cpu lag and now that the server has been fixed the skeletons should spawn again but I am not 100% sure of this.
