For some reason it did not let me post a comment in the detailed rules thread, so I guess I will just post it here. The rules all sound pretty clear except for douchbaggery. What one person would call acting like a douchbag is not what someone else would call it. I am pretty sure that if someone is caught for being a douchbag, they will probably try and find a loophole around it. Some obvious examples are hack / cheating, but people will still try and wiggle out of stuff like reported griefing, for they will have a different opinion on if it was actually "griefed" or not. Also another rule is gold farming. Don't gold farms count as lag machines? I do not know lol.

Really depends on the scale of the farm. Any farm can be a lag machine if it's just too big. (produces or contains too many mobs)
As for douchebaggery.. if you get banned for being a douche, you are pretty bad, lol. The point of that rule is actually that it is not specifically defined, basically it allows me to boot you for any reason if you are just a horrible person. Sort of like when you walk in a store and they have a sign that says "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone." It is extremely unlikely that I would ban someone for this unless they were just blatantly trying to cause problems for the server, and if I did I wouldn't care if they tried to find a loophole, because by that point I would be done with them.
If and when we start adding mods to the roster, none will be able to enact a ban simply on douchebaggery, other than Pollo or myself, although a mods request for such a ban would be taken seriously.
