Well this is dumb but today I found out that skype was actually on my pc all this time without me knowing it... When I tried to click on it said I needed an email address no idea why but I do not have my own email address 
. I will try to get one but Microsoft is giving me a hard time on it says I need to call someone for it or something, will say when I get a email and try to get skype up.
